Booking Requirements

  • All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Full payment or deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 2 hours.
  • Please provide accurate contact information and flight details.
  • Group bookings (10+ people) require 72 hours advance notice.
  • Special requests must be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before scheduled service.
  • Cancellations within 24-48 hours: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: No refund.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • Weather-related cancellations will be fully refunded or rescheduled.

Privacy Policy

At Delca Tour, we are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information.

  • We collect only the information necessary to provide our services (name, contact details, travel preferences).
  • Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • We use secure encryption to protect all payment and personal information.
  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
  • We retain booking records for 3 years for legal and accounting purposes.

Terms of Service

By using Delca Tour services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • 1All passengers must comply with local laws and regulations during tours and transfers.
  • 2Delca Tour is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.
  • 3We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or endangers others.
  • 4Tour itineraries may be modified due to weather, road conditions, or safety concerns.
  • 5Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed bookings will honor the quoted price.
  • 6Gratuities for drivers and guides are not included in tour prices and are at your discretion.
  • 7By booking, you confirm that all travelers meet the health and physical requirements for the selected tour.
  • 8Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of the Dominican Republic.
